The correct order of operations is to clean your surface, then prime it with PermaBond, let dry, then PermaFill, then DeckRevive or Concrete Revive to finish. (EDIT 10/14/2020) PermaFill is no longer made, Gulf Synthetics recommends use of Quikrete Quick Setting Filler as a replacement.
