Per the manufacturer's approval, Amorim did say it is permissible to install their waterproof cork up to the drain.
Is it ok to install the floor around a drain (in our basement) or what do you suggest? Along the bottom of the wall by the drain there is actually a gap that allows for drainage from the washer/dryer and utility sink in the nearby room.
