Can in use this to seal a steel table top- I'm trying to seal it so that we can eat on it and be safe at the same time. Any recommendations?

Yes, you can use this on any metal provided it is not rusty or in rough condition. Once applied and thoroughly dried, you can apply one-two coats of paint. Then we suggest applying two coats of AFM Polyureseal BP which is a non-toxic polyurethane that will seal the paint and provide better abrasion and moisture resistance.
