I own a coin laundry with terrazzo floors. There's a small seating area where I'm looking for a product to create a 5'x8' water & slip resistant "area rug." Would Marmoleum Click work? It can't be a tripping hazard and I'm concerned about the edges if the Marmoleum is only used in a small area.

You can't use Marmoleum as an area rug. It needs to be installed over a subfloor with clear borders (walls and/or transition molding). The click mechanisms are not strong enough to hold together and just float over an area like an area rug. It sounds like what you need is some kind of rubber or vinyl matt, which we do not sell.
