Does this concrete paint work over a living room/dining room in-floor radiant heated concrete floors? Would the interior floors also need to be sealed. Also, does the concrete floor need to be cured first? How long?

First, all concrete must be fully cured before anything is applied. Otherwise the high pH will eat the finish. Allow a few months minimum. The AFM Concrete Floor Paint will work over radiant heated floors. It can be applied directly on concrete provided the concrete is clean, dry, neutral pH and porous. If it has been power troweled, then it is hard to seal; it may need to be etched mechanically or chemically to give it some tooth. Otherwise, super slick concrete is difficult for any paint to bond to.
