Unfortunately we do not offer any products made for use with or over wallpaper. Using a water-based product, such as this, could saturate the wallpaper and cause it to buckle and/or come off of the wall.
Would this paint and primer be the best for painting over wallpaper that I cannot currently remove? Thank you. SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Zero VOC Paint, Semi-Gloss, Untinted Paints & Primers
