Could I use this to paint over wallpaper? I have read that I need to use an oil based primer but the VOCs are shockingly high on oil oil based primers. Removing the wall paper isn't an option right now. Thank you.

Unfortunately we do not offer any products made for use with or over wallpaper. Using a water-based product, such as the ECOS Universal Primer and Bioshield Clay Paint, could saturate the wallpaper and cause it to buckle and/or come off of the wall.
