The sun and the wind will dry this out too fast. Low humidity is ok. Work in smaller areas and don't wait too long to apply the second coat or it will bead up and you won't be able to apply it. You will learn by trial and error how long you can wait before applying the second coat. As soon as the first coat soaks in, apply the second.
