The BioShield Oil Primer is intended to be used as a primer for the Bioshield Hard Oil or Bioshield Floor and Furniture Hardwax. For your project, we'd recommend the ECOS Universal Primer as it can bond to both bare wood and painted surfaces. Then use the ECOS Exterior Satin Wall paint for the final coats.
