My cabinets are golden, raw plywood material, can I stain in white color? I don't want to paint them

The only way you'll know for sure is to order the small sample online and test it. It will not get white-white like paint. And one never knows how a white stain reacts on a certain wood as white stain is trickier than most, so testing it with that purchased small white sample is your only sure fire way to know how it will look.
