Rubio Oil Plus 2c is a stain and sealer all in one. When applied according to instructions, it should last for years. The longevity of this product depends on the amount and type of foot traffic, type of cleaners used, how often cleaners are used. The manufacturer recommends regular maintenance and if used correctly and routinely, minimal additional sealing will be required.
