We are building out our sprinter van ???? and have a raw wood countertop in it. What is the best product to seal/protect the countertop (solid wood not butcher block)? We do not plan to cut directly on it but the sink is built into it and it will get wet. I was told that linseed will not protect it from water damage and mildew, is this true? Would polyurethane be a better choice?
