Can I use this in a portable Bissell Little Green? I don't have any carpet due to allergies and want a portable little vacuum cleaner for the car and for area rugs but don't like the look of their formulas which mostly have fragrance or scotchguard. They can't seem to explain to me the technicals of why you can't mix carpet shampoo products between portable and upright machines. AFM SafeChoice, Carpet Shampoo Cleaners
