Hi! can I use this to paint saltillo tile?

Maybe. It depends upon what is currently on the surface of the tile. Most Saltillo is glazed. If that is the case, the paint may have a hard time adhering. You may need to do some light sanding to abrade the surface first to give it some tooth�otherwise it might peel off. Testing with a sample should reveal if this is true.If the saltillo is unglazed, we have nothing that will work over raw saltillo tile as it contains salts that can contaminate the surface.
