Would these be effective at safely wiping down groceries/ food containers ( such as glass, plastic and cans)? I normally am not a fan of anything but soap, water and vinegar but our current situation has me thinking this might be potentially more effective and efficient time wise.

Yes, these wipes are an effective means of wiping down and cleaning any surface. Because each wipe contains .5% hydrogen peroxide, according to the CDC, a .5% concentration will kill 99.99% of bacteria and viruses if left on the surface for one minute or longer.
