Can wax be used to seal and wax a polished concrete floor that has not been sealed yet? the concrete floor is also in floor hot water heated

Bioshield Floor and Furniture Hardwax should be buffed into the surface only after the flooring has been sealed. If the concrete has not been sealed first, once the wax wears off the concrete can be stained easily. Sealing polished concrete requires either mechanical or chemical etching because the surface is tight and non-porous. Unfortunately, we do not have any non-toxic sealers for polished concrete.
