Would this work on a dining room table? I recently refinished and am at raw wood. Am trying to understand best path forward? If I can use this, do I need a polymer sealer as well? Also am thinking of ordering samples of colors, can they be mixed to create further colors?

Yes that would work fine for that application and you would not need a sealer for this as it fills in the pores of the wood. We don't recommend any mixing of colors with these products (it could be done, but would void the warranty).
