I have a table already finished with Rubio oil + 2c which i may convert into an outdoor table. What's the best way to proceed? Do I need to sand it and then add the exterior wood protector or can I apply it directly?

Yes, you have got it. Rubio oil + 2c is for interior use only. If your interior furniture is moving outside where it will be exposed to the elements you will need to apply an exterior grade finish. For best results and a clean transition/even finish that means sanding down to the bare wood before applying Rubio Monocoat Hybrid Exterior Wood Protector.
