I currently am trying to find a product to seal a non-treated Plywood floor. I have recently learned the adhesives in plywood may off gas toxic chemicals. Would this product help prevent that off gassing, if not is there one that does?

AFM SafeCoat is the company that creates products for encapsulating off gassing. The AFM SafeCoat Polyureseal BP is the product made specifically for floors and it is the best option for you. It will give you the durability needed for a floor and it will encapsulate the off gassing. You'll need to apply 3 coats of the Polyureseal to fully encapsulate the off gassing.
