A coat of Safecoat Transitional Primer and a couple of coats of Safecoat Zero VOC Paint ought to do the trick. Working together, they will encapsulate any off-gassing.
I'm wanting to paint our kitchen hutch which was previously painted white with paint that was not non-toxic. What could I use to put a fresh coat of white over it? SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Zero VOC Paint, Semi-Gloss, Untinted Paints & Primers
