How would this work as flooring for a Sprinter van upfit? It would be laid on top of 3/4" baltic birch with an insulating layer beneath the ply. Yep. Your spot on, the wood components on this floating floor would make this not recommended for a van installation; expansion, contraction, and inherent movement of the van structure, along with the heat and cool make it tough to find the flooring that will handle everything.We only have one recommendation for vans, and that is glue-down Marmoleum. https://www.greenbuildingsupply.com/All-Products/Sheet
