The only product that would work to waterproof a wooden gutter would be our AFM RoofGuard. This is a unique, water-based, elastomeric, low-odor, paint-like sealer and radiant heat barrier that protects new or old roofs against water, mildew and harsh weather elements. It's also recommended as a moisture barrier for new or old heating and air conditioning ducts. The wood must be thoroughly clean, dry and free of existing mold all of which could be a challenge to create. One or more coats of Safecoat DynoSeal makes an excellent primer before application of RoofGuard. Also the DynoFlex could be used to patch cracks before use of RoofGuard too.https://www.greenbuildingsupply.com/AFM-SafeCoat-DynoFlex-All-Weather
