We would not recommend this exterior grade waterproofer be used in a commercial wood floor setting, as it ONLY provides a waterproof feature, it has zero abrasion resistance and zero UV protection - it's meant for application to outdoor wooden fences and the like.For a commercial setting, the best abrasion resistance and the lowest VOC at just 9 grams per Liter we would recommend AFM Safecoat EXT Exterior Polyureseal Clear. It should provide a good extension to your store floor's life.
