The short answer is no. This low-VOC, low-odor Hard Oil creates a deeply penetrating finish that is hard to beat for most wood surfaces. It's suitable for high-moisture and high-traffic areas such as bathrooms and kitchens and is suitable for hardwood and softwood floors. We do, however, recommend a finishing coat of Bioshield Hardwax #32. It's an easy application and when buffed, it provides a lustrous, rich sheen that lasts and lasts.
