Coverage is approximately 60-80 square feet per 16 oz bottle (1 coat). Using the measurements you provided each chair sounds like roughly 35 square feet (presuming you are covering top and bottom). If you are doing just one coat, you *might* be able to get that from one 16oz bottle. If you want a darker tone you should plan on doing two coats, meaning a minimum of two bottles. If the wood is particularly thirsty you may need more product.
