Would this product work to block bass sound coming from below? My neighbor below plays music at all times, and regardless of years of complaints the sound never stops. I am adding 1/2" pressed felt floor pads and 3"inch floor rugs to all my rooms. Would adding this on top of wood floors, below the felt padding add additional sound absorption? I was considering this product or cork. Thanks!

Quietwalk Plus insulates the floor and reduces ambient noise and floor-to-ceiling sound transmission. It is meant to be used under the floor, as opposed to over. It may help some but is not meant for the application you describe.
