This product will not do well in the area of the garage where a vehicle may drive on/or rest on as it's not meant for use in areas with hot tire pick up. Tires get very hot when we drive our vehicles and hot tire pick up literally means it will be so hot on the product it will "pick it up". The tire heats it and grabs it. However, if you are using it in a garage area where you are not planning to park vehicles, it is usable. And yes, it is non toxic. However, it is always best for any pregnant person to not do the application of even the most non toxic products.
