We sell no products that will stick to that "fresh" oil, not even the Rubio. It has to be applied to raw wood or dried out/previously oiled wood that is sanded down . It needs pores to soak into.
I have a teak veneered dining table that has a fresh coat of teak oil on it. The directions on the can say that I can finish over it after 72 hours drying time.
