Are your windows currently sealed with something (paint or stain or another sealer)? And was that previous sealer water or oil based? We have several options to go over water based finishes (including the Bioshield Aqua Resin Stain Finish) as everything we sell is non toxic.If you would like to go over old paint with more paint, my recommendation for you is AFM Transitional Primer followed by AFM Zero VOC Paint.
