The Dynoseal has to stick directly to the sandbox material (wood, concrete etc), so you'll need to sand away the stain where you want to apply the Dynoseal so it can stick directly.
I already used Vermont Natural Coatings PolyWhey, Exterior, Penetrating Stain for my son's sandbox but see Dynoseal is recommended for "raised garden beds" up to the soil line so now I want to use Dynoseal... Can I apply Dynoseal OVER the Vermont Natural Coatings PolyWhey, Exterior, Penetrating Stain that I've already applied?
