This product has zero VOC content, yes, non-toxic to everyone.It might be worth pointing out that this is a penetrating water proofer (only). Your hutch will be waterproof, but still susceptible to damage from UV rays and abrasion, the wood will still look and act and age like raw wood, the only difference is when it gets wet, water will bead on the surface rather than soaking in.
