We have a subfloor made up of mdf and plywood. Which product should I use to seal it if installing vinyl plank flooring over it?

Yes, AFM SafeSeal is the correct product. We recommend at least two coats on all sides and edges. Pls allow one week to dry before applying any floor above it. Please be advised that controlling the formaldehyde emissions from the plywood or MDF will not help in controlling emissions from the vinyl plank flooring itself.
