Yes, any acrylic paint can be applied over GBS Penetrating concrete Sealer as long as the sealer has completely dried and is not sitting on the surface of the concrete. You can test a small area to see how it bonds. You can also use a water-based primer first if you want to be absolutely sure. Our AFM Transitional Primer will work
