I have a painted finished desk that has some of the sealant worn. Seat isn't chipped or in poor condition. I just need to reseal with a clear top coat. Would this be appropriate paint?

No, Acriglaze is used for wall glazing or over artwork.The best product would be our AFM Acrylacq which is a water-based topical coating that comes in several sheens and is very durable. I would apply two coats over a clean dry surface. If the existing coating is oil-based then it will need to be sanded down to bare wood as water-based sealers don't bond well to oil-based finishes.
