We have never tried this type of application and cannot confirm or deny its success. This is something you will need to test with a sample first to see if it performs as expected.
Can you use this on natural rope that I may be using in between deck boards in a screened in porch? I don't want to actually stain the old deck though, I just want to stuff the natural rope, after it is soaked in the stain, and wedge it into the spaces. But maybe I will stain the existing deck, too. Any ideas for the right product for the rope or the rope and the deck?
