Is this really resistant to mold? I want to floor my basement but it does have moisture and mold that I'm working to remove, but I can't take any chances with a product that mold could destroy.

Marmoleum Click Cinch Loc Seal is naturally antimicrobial and antibacterial. There is no guarantee that it will be mold resistant. Much would depend on the conditions in your basement. Please give us a call to discuss this further.
