Our basement had mold in it, we have since corrected the problem and had the mold cleaned up. It was recommended that we seal the basement floor and walls to prevent excess water from entering the basement (exterior underground walls are already sealed). We have a home gym in the basement so are very concerned with respiratory health. What indoor concrete sealer would you recommend? and also plan on adding rubber flooring panels in the gym area.

GBS Sealer won't reduce the vapor pressure that much coming from the ground since the sealer is breathable. There's also concern about the rubber floor panels and how they are going to be bonded. Since our sealer may not completely stop the vapor, if you put the rubber down, then mold might accumulate under it. There isn't really an easy solution for this application without knowing how much vapor is entering the basement etc. And we don't have another product to suggest.
