We would not recommend the Cork GO product for a basement that is prone to flooding. It has a high density wood core that would be affected by long standing water. A better fit would be the Waterproof Cork product we offer, it's made by Amorim and we put it to the test on having the boards submerged for 6 days. When we removed it from the water and there was no swelling, no weight change, the boards seemed just fine.
