No, the Vermont Natural Coatings, Penetrating Water Proofer is for use indoors or outdoors on new, pressure treated or weathered wood surfaces such as decks, furniture, siding, railings, etc. It is possible that the AFM SafeCoat EXT Exterior Polyureseal may be able to bond to the surface of a composite decking. Since it is a topical sealer, it has much more of a chance than a penetrating sealer which would need to soak into the surface. However, since we don't have a product that is actually intended to be used on composite decking, we can not say with any certainty that it will bond. If you'd like to try it out on your deck surface, we have liquid samples available on for $9.95 for purposes such as this.
