Will we be able to click out some tiles to dry underneath? Also our existing linoleum has asbestos and so we need the new tile to cover that. Thoughts? Marmoleum Click Cinch Loc Seal is a waterproof floating floor, however, it is not flood proof. The warranty does not cover their flooring it if is sitting in water all day and night. Neither does any other waterproof flooring manufacturer. It is best to seal the walls and/or floors so they don't leak with our GBS Penetrating Concrete Sealer. You can always un-click the flooring and let it dry out, but that is not a long-term solution. This product can be applied directly over asbestos tile with either a 6ml vapor barrier (Moisture Block) or 1/8" underlayment (QuietWalk Plus) to prevent any exposure. We recommend seeking the advice of a professional mitigation company before attempting any installation.
