You have two options for painting indoor linoleum. The ECOS Universal Primer followed by the ECOS Porch and Concrete floor paint. Or the AFM Transitional Primer followed by 2 coats of the Concrete Floor Paint. We recommend either route you go, you get a little more aggressive with roughing up the surface than a stiff brush. 80 grit sandpaper to give the linoleum floor surface enough teeth for the primer to bond onto. If off-gassing is a concern, AFM Transitional Primer does have encapsulating attributes that the ECOS Universal Primer does not.
