Why can't this product be used in California?

The product is not sold in California due to Core Products, the manufacture, not paying to have the EPA label. It is very costly certification process that they chose to opt out partly because it would result in a significant increase in your price. They are dedicated to making non-toxic products void of: acids, alcohol, amines, ammonia, carcinogens, chlorine bleach, dyes, quats or phosphates.
