Not really. It's not the top coating or cork layer that is susceptible to water. In the case of the Cork GO it's the middle layer of wood that cannot handle getting wet. And that is only a problem if you have puddles of water on the surface that manage to penetrate into the super narrow cracks between the individual panels of flooring, then that water could cause the wood layer to swell, which could lead to warping. By comparison the Waterproof Cork has no wood layer, it's cork all the way through, hence the waterproof label.
