No a primer is not required for this product.
There is a concrete floor under the rug in my bedrooms. I'm wondering about painting it. I think it is simply rock concrete. Do I need to put a primer or something on it before I actually use your paint on it? AFM SafeCoat, Concrete Floor Paint Paints & Primers
