Yes, Marmoleum Click Cinch Loc can be applied directly over vinyl tiles as long as they are solid, smooth and flat. No underlayment or vapor barrier will be needed in this case.
Can this be laid over kitchen floor that already has stick and peel vinyl tiles on it (tiles are well bonded) or would I need to tear up the tiles and /or install a new subfloor? SAMPLE - Forbo Marmoleum Click Cinch Loc Seal, Cork Tree Waterproof Click - Floating
