We sell nothing that will assist to "hold water"/that can work as a submerged sealer. We'd recommend you reach out to Pond Armor as that is their focus.
Was wanting to use this on some concrete. Goal is to make the concrete hold water like a pond. Non toxic to my turtles right?? SAMPLE - Bioshield, Aqua Resin Floor Finish, Clear Wood Stains & Sealers
