I want to paint on old concrete floor. It was painted before but I removed pretty much all the old paint. Do I need to prepare the floor before I use AFM SafeCoat Concrete Floor Paint? is there a primer I should use?

As this is going on over a previously painted concrete floor... After clearing/cleaning off as much of the old paint as possible, we recommend you scuff up any remaining paint. Then use AFM Transitional Primer over the entire floor, and then follow this up with 2 coats of concrete floor paint.
