Vermont's Water Proofer is made for outdoor use but can be used indoors. However, this is a penetrating sealer and is not topical; i.e. no coating is created on the surface. Cleaning the floor will be much easier with a topical coating like our AFM Polyureseal BP. It will also have far more abrasion resistance as the Water Proofer has none.
