I have a mango wood dining table that seems to spot if something is spilled on it. Would this or another of your products help waterproof it without changing the lovely honey color of the mango wood finish?

Assuming your countertop has an oiled finish, the Wood Counter Finish is used more for maintenance. AFM Safecoat Oil Wax Finish is a better protector for repelling water and resisting many tough stains. Because it is an oil, it will gently and beautifully amber your wood through time as any oil will. You may order small samples online to test first. However, if your dining table has a lacquer or polyurethane finish, neither of those will work. First lightly sand the surface and then apply two coats of AFM Acrylacq. This will help protect your dining table from spotting.
