Unfortunately the PolyWhey Exterior Penetrating Stain is a stain and sealer all in one, so no product can go over top of it (it will not stick or bond). We have confirmed this directly with Vermont Natural Coatings.
I applied this to my freshly stripped and sanded bathroom cabinets. I really like the color but would like to overcoat with something to give a more finished appearance. Can I use varathane?
